The room was clean, nice, and the staff was pleasant.

The hotel had a nice and marvellous position, on a mountain. The staff was very friendly in all services.

Clean room and comfortable bed so I slept well. The bathrooms were NICE. The location was exceptionally nice and I could use free parking on-site.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were kind of rude.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Cleveland for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the hotel had great amenities, including a pool and a cozy TV room. The room itself was very comfortable, with a great view and a clean, modern feel. The only minor issue was that the housekeeping could improve on cleaning under the beds. it was a great stay at a nice and clean hotel with excellent service.
